The smell is often compared to rotten cilantro. They reproduce very quickly due to their lack of natural predators, making it easy for them to infest your home or business.
Could dangerous spiders be inside my home?
Depending on your location, you could encounter potentially dangerous spider species. The two most common dangerous spider species in the US are Black Widow's and Brown Recluse's.
Why do I have ants in my kitchen every year?
Ants are the most common spring pest. Kitchens are perfect place for ant colonies, because they provide both food and water sources for the ants.
How to get rid of bed bugs permanently?
In order to get rid of bed bugs, you will need to have the entire building treated by a licensed pest control professional, particularly in sleeping areas. Once a full bed bug extermination service has been performed, they will only return if they are brought back into the home.
How are bed bugs, cockroaches, and fleas brought into my home?
Bed bugs and fleas are parasitic pests that are carried into homes by a host. Bed bugs usually travel on humans, whereas fleas are usually brought in through animals. also brought into homes from a host, but they are not parasitic and do not feed on a host.

Do I have to leave my home for the treatment to be performed?
Aside from specialty pest treatments, such as bed bugs, cockroaches, and fleas, you don't need to leave your home for treatments.
Are the treatments safe for my children and pets?
Yes, all of our treatments are safe for children, pets, and the elderly. We use products that are rated for usage in schools, hospitals, daycares, and kennels.
Service
Why do I need ongoing service?
The exterior barrier product is only designed to remain in place for 2-3 months, depending on your climate. Once the product has worn off, pests will no longer be deterred from entering the home.
How quickly will I notice the results of the service?
For most treatments, you won’t see the full effect for 2+ weeks after service.
Do I need to be home for the treatment to be performed?
We treat the exterior of homes year-round. You only need to be home for service if you have interior pest issues.
Can I get rid of pests on my own?
While there are many types of at-home, pest treatment methods, we always recommend that you hire a professional pest exterminator to treat your home or business. Pesticides can be dangerous if applied incorrectly. All of our technicians have undergone state licensing requirements and extensive safety training.
Service Guarantee
How much does it cost to have you come back?
If you’re within your guarantee window (30 day, 365 day, etc.), then emergency spot-treatments for heavy interior activity and nesting are FREE OF CHARGE!
What happens if I still have pest problems after your services?
Our pest control services are designed to reduce the amount of pest activity within the structure of your home. You will still see pest activity from time to time and may still have pest activity outside where they live. If you experience heavy indoor activity, such as ant trails or nesting, such as wasp nests, we offer complimentary spot treatments between maintenance visits.
How long is my guarantee?
The time frame of your guarantee varies depending on the type of service. For example, our annual maintenance program includes a 365 day guarantee. We also offer one-time treatment options with a 30 or 90 day guarantee. When you call to set up your service, we will provide service specific guarantee information.
What happens if I still have problems after service?
If you still have pest problems between regular maintenance visits, you can utilize a free emergency treatment at any time.
Scheduling
Can I schedule online?
Currently, we don’t offer online scheduling options. We are a small business and hope to provide this in the near future. You can either contact us online or call our office to schedule.
What happens if I miss my service professional and need interior service?
If you miss the service professional at your home and would still like interior service, contact us online or give us a call to reschedule. We will return to provide interior service at no extra cost to you.
What do I do if my scheduled service window doesn’t work with my schedule?
We’re happy to adjust your scheduled service time and date. Please call our office to reschedule.
How do I know Spidexx is coming?
We will send you an email to schedule at least 2 days prior to service. If you miss our email, we will still treat the exterior and can return for the interior service at any time.
